Fan experience and in-stadium network performance

A packed stadium is one of the hardest places to get a phone online. Tens of thousands of fans share the same airwaves inside steel and concrete, and the crowd itself soaks up the signal. Bets will not place, because the check that proves where a fan is standing cannot get a fix, and photos and video sit stuck on the upload bar at exactly the moment everyone wants to share them.

We are working with teams to survey their venues, once empty and once on game day, to measure where and when the connection breaks. Then we help them fix it with a design built for their building.

About the venue survey

Quantify the problem

We place a small fleet of self powered sensors at fixed points around the venue and record it twice: once empty in its game configuration, once with the bowl full. The difference between the two shows whether the building or the crowd is to blame, per carrier and per seating area.

Measure what fans feel

Signal bars are not the answer fans care about. We time small transactions on every route out of the building and try real location checks at each point, so the survey reports what matters: did the bet go through, did the upload finish, and how long did it take.

Propose a fix for your building

No two venues fail the same way. From the survey we design a solution sited against your own dead zones and busiest betting areas: access points in the bowl on a clean band, an outside antenna with a clear sky view, and compute in the venue. If the numbers show no real problem, we tell you so.

Install and prove it

Success is measured against your venue's own baseline, on the same survey points, so the improvement is proven rather than promised. The business case is built on your numbers from your own game day.

Manage, maintain and upgrade

We run the system for you after it goes in: monitoring it through every event, fixing faults, and returning to survey the venue as seating, screens and crowds change. Regular hardware and software upgrades keep it ready for new phones, new radio bands and new Wi-Fi generations, so it stays future proof.

Authorized and private

Every deployment runs under the venue's written authorization and is coordinated with its radio team on game day. We record radio traffic, not people: Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are counted as volume per location, and the contents are stripped before anything leaves a sensor.

Game-day intelligence engine

We help sports teams keep their data sovereign and secure, held on hardware they own and control. Then we work alongside their people to turn that data into clear, useful answers that grow the team, sharpen the roster, and strengthen the infrastructure behind it.

Your data stays yours

Game, training and venue data lives on hardware you control, at your ground or in your own racks. No outside party gets to hold it, mine it, or sell it back to you.

Secure by default

Encrypted at rest and in transit, locked down to the few people who need it, with a clear record of who saw what and when. Built to satisfy the questions leagues, sponsors and players ask.

Answers, not dashboards

We work next to your coaches and analysts to cut through the noise and find the handful of measures that actually change how the team trains, recruits and plays.

Built for game day

The compute, storage and network that carry all of it are designed for the stadium and the practice facility, so they hold up under the load and heat of a live game.

Own the data. Own the game.
